Found where someone thought Charles Reynolds parents were
Nathaniel Reynolds b. 1770 VA and Elizabeth Bowyer - from Bedford County Virginia I have not found out if this is correct as of yet.
I have found where Nathaniel married Elizabeth Bower on May 5, 1795 in Warren County, Warren, Illinois, United States. I have also verified that the Nathaniel b. 1770 and Elizabeth was living with a Nathaniel Reynolds b. 1803. In the 1850 census Nathaniel had a child Charles but he was born in 1850 not 1798 like the Charles I am looking for.
More informtation I have read but not yet verified
Charles and Tabitha - We have no info on either of them before 1840. However, by 1850, Charles and Tabitha had settled in Gasconade county , MO. Their 11 children were:
William A. b.1823 KY,probably Hart county
Flora b. 1824/1827 either Hart county,KY or Sangamon co. IL
Dora b. 1825/1827 either Hart county,KY or Sangamon co. IL
Tyden Lydia b.1836 Sangamon or Wayne county,IL
